just came back from small o(ocamp) gathering at tst...today is a kinda busy day..in de daytime, had bbq with family at saigong...then gotta rush down to gathering...
bbq was damn fun, just tt it was a lil irritating with tt temper of my mum...like arghs! im sorry but there are just times that i cant stand it... wells, good thing was that she always return to normal after a while..heehee... taking the boat to the bbq place was fun too~enjoying the sea breeze and all ((: food was a lil...hmms too much!? haha i think until now the leftovers are stiu stuck in the fridge..wahaha but as always, it is the process that is fun huh! hhehe.. after eating and we were done with bbq, went to a beach and enjoy sun sea and sand agn...hhee, got a tiny winy bit tanner now..hahaha
rushed home to clean up and prepare to go for gathering at ard 5..since i got hm late. naturally i reached the meeting place late..but good thing was that it was only 5min...(thou being late is stiu wrong~) we had barzilian bbq....wahah the whole thing was damn fun and filling...
since we met kinda early(630pm for buffet dinner)...most of us aare stiu not say very hungry..but since there was a suppposedly time limit of 2 hrs...we 'forced' ourselves to start the ball rolling not long after we arrived~ haha.. the food there was not bad lar, but damn lot of meat---> they are damn filling.. after one or two rounds, iit was already like 50% full..
the funny thing abt the resturant is that, it is a buffet like thingy, but they dun change ur plate..u haf to keep using ur own 'old' plate to take food from the foodbar... we cldnt stand it and we used the soup bowl to contain the unwanted stuff on our own plates..haha..after a few bowls being filled, we decided that we shd just take the plates from other tables..haha smart choice indeed..hehe gotta mention that their ice cream is damn shiok and nice can...that sesame flavour was heavenly~
the most exciting part came when 2 performers came to our table and we can choose one song for them to sing for us..haha since the main purpose of the gathering is to celebrate bdae, we chose bdae song... the bdae boy was called kelvin..and the singer added {{kelvin~~ + finger pointing at him}} after every line of [happy bdae to you] ...it was damn hilarious can??!! haha after the eng version was done, it came the chinese ver and the canto version of bdae song~~ haha i cldnt stop luffing even after he had stopped..and my shoulder was seriously aching from all the luffing~haha when he went over to the other table, they also had bdae celebration and he did the same thing, added the name of tt person AND kelvin's name at the end of each line...haha damn super funny~haha another thing to mention was of coz the super kua zhang expressions that bdae boy gave whenever some food arrived(eg.cheese sausage/lamp leg...)
so we left nt long after a few rds of dessert and ice cream..that was abt 9pm...hehe din really noe where to go since it was stiu quite early..haha then somehow...we ended up at a nearby park...had great talks with my sons/daughters/husbands....thou most if nt all were abt relationships...it was stiu good to learn more abt them... ((: and we finally fixed sometime to have regular gatherings during schoool time ((: and the next formal gathering we are going to sing K...hehes hopes this will come quick enough and keep going non stop~
